The building consists of two floors, a basement and a ground floor, of 14700m2 total surface.

In the basement are located the boiler room, the AHU’s room, fire fighting pump room, the electrical substation, swimming pool equipment room, sanitary rooms, storages, offices, gymnasiums and training rooms.

On the ground floor are located the main swimming pool hall with the stages, the small learning swimming pool, bar, offices, press room and sanitary.
